VHF / UHF / SHF Contest station
PA6NL is the most successful VHF / UHF / SHF multi-operator / multi-band contest station of The Netherlands.
It operates on 2 meters, 70, 23, 13, 9, 6, 3 and 1.2 cm from JO21bx. The location being three light towers at the Northsea coast in Hook of Holland.
On the most westerly tower the UHF station is located. The VHF station operates from this location as well, but the lower middle tower is used for both bands also.
The SHF station operates from the highest tower.
PA6NL used to operate as PE0MAR/P for many years in the past, but changed call sign when Mar, PE0MAR, passed away.
Contest impressions
The May contest 2004. It is amazing to see how many errors we still make after all these years!!!
The 144 Mc September 2004 contest. We just don't learn.
